FACTORY AUTHORIZED SUPPLIER OF TECHNICAL PRODUCTS

Detech is an authorized Engineered Systems Distributor (ESD) for multiple well-known brands and the firm receives referrals from these manufacturers to provide products and services to General Contractors (GC's), Owners and Electrical Contractors (EC's) for new construction  / expansions  / retrofits. 

Coupled with certified design abilities, this ESD position allows Detech to provide the entire range of construction services, including stamped drawings which are required for EC's to offer Fire Alarm solutions to their GC and Owner direct clients.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS DRIVE DEMAND FOR FIRE & LIFE SAFETY

Local, state and federal codes mandate regular fire safety inspections, positioning fire equipment inspections and repairs as critical and non-discretionary investments in facilities. 

These requirements are constantly evolving and continue to drive sustained customer demand for fire and life safety service providers.

RESILIENT INDUSTRY CONTINUES TO GROW driven by ever-increasing Fire & Life Safety codes. 

Detech Fire & Security has the expertise to provide integrated security solutions which are often deployed in the same facilities where we are already providing Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems, and vice-versa.

NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

In addition to organically grown local clients in the construction industry and the existing facilities sector across the whole spectrum of verticals, another part of our portfolio is based around national accounts. 

Detech has favorable status with multiple national account providers as affiliates and partners. 

The firm currently serves over 40 national commercial accounts, each with between 50-300 local facilities (1,000's nationally) that all require annual and/or semi-annual and/or quarterly inspections, testing & maintenance  & monitoring (ITMM).

As with owner direct clients, these national account clients also provide ongoing ITM projects...with many initial ITM projects requiring deficiency corrections, troubleshooting, retrofits, tenant improvements, code upgrades and monitoring.

These national account relationships place Detech in a unique position to supply design and engineering / consulting, inspection & testing services as well as specialty equipment.

 The needs of these national account clients continue to increase our national geographic footprint, vertical market sectors and add value through providing additional products & services to augment the initial  ITMM services.

Given that the firm has designers, technicians and subs who are nationally certified to provide these services, Detech can expand and follow these national accounts into any area.

It is clear that there is no limit to the ways that Detech can provide high value to these clients and grow with them as they expand.
